An article featuring former Thunder Bay Flyer, Ryan Johnson.

These players include: Craig Smith (Waterloo), Kent Patterson (Cedar Rapids), Joshua Turnbull (Waterloo), Aaron Palushaj (Des Moines), Travis Erstad (Lincoln), Corey Chakeen (Chicago), Drew LeBlanc (Chicago), Mark Olver (Omaha), Colby Cohen (Lincoln), and Nick Larson (Omaha).

Corson Cramer stops 36 shots, makes history.

Cramer became the first goalie to post a shutout for the Jr. Blue Jackets. Cramer is going to help keep Ohio in many of their games, and they will be spoilers down the road.

CCHA Scholar-Athlete team includes several former USHLers.

CCHA announces 3 finalists for their annual awards.

WCHA Offensive player of the week is shared with former Lancer Evan Kaufmann and Justin St. Louis. WCHA Defensive Player of the week was awarded to Joe Finley (Sioux Falls). Several other former USHLers were nominated as well. Link here

Soon-to-be Chicago Steel player, Ryan McDonagh, has won the Mr. Hockey Award in Minnesota.

I should have a new feature posted sometime tonight. This feature will be on a player in the West Division.

UPDATE:
Paul Stastny just recorded an assist in Colorado's game today, setting a new record for consecutive games with a point at 18. Stastny took the record from Teemu Selanne.

Way to go Paul.

Ryan McDonagh is going to play for the US National Team in the World Championships next month, which I would assume means he won't be joining the Steel. He is joining Wisconsin next season, so it looks like the Steel are not going to be able to get him on their roster.

probably the smartest thing he'll ever do in his hockey career...never show to Chicago.
