Chicago Steel forward Chris Spicer has verbally committed to the University of Connecticut for the fall of 2007. Chris played 2 seasons with Sioux City before being drafted by Chicago this past May. He has 30 career USHL points in 106 games.
The Syracuse, New York native appeared in only 16 games before opting for surgery and prematurely ending his season.
