Three Star Selection

I have been giving My Three Stars for each night of games, and this years winner is Omaha Lancers goalie and Clark Cup Playoffs MVP, Drew Palmisano. Congrats to Drew on this award, we all know it means so much and might feel even better than winning the Clark Cup :)

I'm no River City fan, but they were the best team for most of the season and had enough to get it done in the playoffs. Congrats to the players on a fine season and in another 3 years Hepp will start to get the senior discount at Mc Donalds.

Whatever - Hepp rules - Lancers rule. Hepp played one more year because of transferring from Air Force to St. Cloud - he was eligible and whomever hockeyboy is, one thing is that he or she is a sore loser.

I wouldn't say hockeyboy is a sore loser but he is jealous of Hepp. Hepp did a great job on defense all year and during the finals there were four Waterloo players on one defenseman - who was that hard nosed defenseman, none other than Hepp, the great one. All of the Lancers proved to be great ones - Congratulations Lancers and Drew P. well earned MVP. Yeah Lancers - great offense, great defense, and great coaching by Hastings.

Guess we'll be saying the same about Hallmark next year.

Hepp was a force this year and kept some of the idiots on the Lancers in check. I would have taken him as a Muskie captain without blinking an eye and I'm far from a sore loser.

I thought this post was about Lancers goalie Drew Palmisano winning this blog's award for overall performance throughout the season and not about Lancers captain Chris Hepp.

Great job Drew in your amazing play during the regular and postseasons in being the team's backstop enroute to the Anderson & Clark Cups this season.

"Palmy" was well deserving by winning the team's MVP honors as voted on by his teammates and also being named the 2008 Clark Cup Finals MVP.

This blog is about the goalie and way to go Drew. Hockeyboy I take it back you're not a sore loser, my misunderstanding.
