I received an email letting me know that Chicago defenseman, John Moore, has committed to Colorado College for 2009.
Moore, a Winnetka, Illinois native, is in his first USHL season with Chicago. He spent last season with the Chicago Mission U16 team and registered 13 points on a goal and 12 assists.
So far this season, Moore has 5 points (1-4--5) for the Steel. He is also a +2 in 24 games played.

great get for CC. Moore has flown under the radar but great skater, with hands. CC seems to be developing a pretty strong connection with IL. kids, Sweatt(s), Lowry, Gannon, Wysopl.
Indeed Moore is an excellent skater and does have some soft hands as well. Good luck to the kid.
